Runnells Community Library

Library Board of Trustees

The Board is made up of five officers appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council to serve four
year terms.  The Runnells Community Library (RCL) Board is responsible for the direction and control of all
library affairs.  Board meetings are held quarterly at 6:30 pm inside the library
and are open to the public.  RCL meeting agendas are posted at the Runnells Post Office.
