| VEISHEA Voyage Torch Run On Sunday, April 6th the southern leg of the VEISHEA Voyage torch route, beginning from the Missouri border, passed through Runnells on its way to Ames. Each year, students of Iowa State University run the torch more than 300 miles to Ames. Runners from ISU carrying the torch of VEISHEA spirit entered the east side of town around 11:30 am and passed the torch onto our honorary torch bearers who ran it through town before handing it back off to Iowa State students. |
