Runnells Lions Club Donates to PTA

The Runnells Lions Club recently presented a $500 donation to the Runnells PTA on October 11, 2007. This donation
went to benefit the PTA in their effort to finalize their new Runnells Elementary playground equipment project.
Money raised at the Lions’ Miniature Golf Outing, pancake breakfast and upcoming bingo night allows the club to provide
support to special projects within the Runnells community. Lion’s members thank everyone who contributed to this
important work. You are truly helping Lions make a difference in the Runnells community.
The Runnells Lions Club meets on the second and fourth Mondays at 7:00 pm at the Runnells Community Center. Lions
clubs are a group of men and women who identify needs within the community and work together to fulfill those needs.
